How to view protected network bookings on the Dealer Host App
Step 1:
Select the Protected Network option from the hamburger menu to view the List View of all the protected network bookings.
Step 2:
Navigate to the Protected Network Detailed View of society/office/hub by clicking on either of these bookings from the List View. You will get all the information of regarding the booking from this screen.
How to view protected network bookings for fleets on the Dealer Host App
Step 1:
Select the Protected Network option from the hamburger menu to view the List View of all the protected network bookings.
Step 2:
Navigate to the Protected Network Detailed View for fleet by clicking on any of the fleet booking from the List View. You will get all the information of regarding the booking from this screen.
How to add bank details on the Dealer Host App
Step 1:
Open the DH App (Deal Host App) using by clicking on the link provided by Charzer and login with your details.
Step 2:
Click on the downward arrow beside the user profile to open the Bank Details screen.
Step 3:
Click on the Add button to add your Bank Details.
Step 4:
Fill in Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number and IFSC Code. Add a cancelled Cheque or a Passbook photo for verification. Check on the Set as Default option if you would like it to be your default transaction account and Click on Add Bank.
Step 5:
All the added banks will appear on the Bank Details screen.
Step 6:
Click on any of the bank to go to the Bank Details Detailed View screen. You can Set as Default or Delete a bank from this screen.
How to view bookings on the Dealer Host App
Step 1:
Select the Bookings option from the hamburger menu to view the List View of all the bookings. You can set Filters to find a specific booking.
Step 2:
Navigate to the Bookings Detailed View by clicking on any booking from the List View. You will get all the information of regarding the booking from this screen.
How to view earnings on the Dealer Host App
Step 1:
Select the Earnings option from the hamburger menu to view the List View of all the earnings done so far.
How to view chargers on the Dealer Host App
Step 1:
Select the My Chargers option from the hamburger menu to view the List View of all the your chargers.
Step 2:
Navigate to the Charger OPS Detailed View by clicking on any charger from the List View. You will get all the information of about the charger from this screen.
Step 3:
The Raise a Service Ticket button on the Charger OPS Detailed View helps to create a ticket if the charger is not working. You may also add a description in 20 characters regarding the same.
